Managing Partner

Dan Andrews is the Managing Partner and CEO of Tempus Realty Partners and has been with Tempus since its founding in 2016. Dan has also served as Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee Member for Promus Realty Partners and as CEO for CapRocq Core Real Estate Fund I and CapRocq Core II. He has managed portfoilos totaling over $1 billion in property value, representing more than $500 million in investor capitol. 

Prior to Tempus, Dan served as CFO, COO and CEO at Dale Capital Partners and had direct oversight of a broad investment portfolio with a concentration in commercial real estate. He also serves as lead independent director for Greenwoods Financial Group. 

Dan served as Vice President at USA Drug, the fourth largest drug store chain in the U.S., before transitioning to Dale Capital Partners. He was responsible for the company's finance, account and reporting functions as well as leading initiatives in loss prevention, marketing and acquisitions. Dan was an assurance professional at Deloitte prior to his tenure at USA Drug. 

Dan has a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas, holds a CPA license in Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arkansas Society of CPA's. 

Tempus founding partner Kevin Huchingson received his MBA in 1993 before joining the brokerage department of Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc. (a pre-curser to Colliers | Arkansas), where he was named principal in 1997 and elected president/CEO in 2002.

Today he serves as chairman and CEO of Colliers | Arkansas. He is active in industrial, office and investment brokerage and also handles consulting assignments for individual and corporate clients.

Partner - Asset Strategy
Mark Saviers has served as General Partner of Asset Strategies of Tempus Realty Partners since 2017. Mark has 40 years of experience in developing, leasing and owning office buildings, business parks, data centers, warehouses and corporate headquarter/campuses. He began his real estate career in 1982 and spent the first 10 years in development, property management, construction and disposition of commercial real estate (all industrial) with the Trammell Crow Company. Experience with the company spanned among Dallas, New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Chicago. In Chicago, Mark was the Division Partner in charge of all industrial properties and companies which included an extensive property management company, a development company and a construction company. 

For the next 20 years, Mark was the Managing Partner of Myers, Crow, Saviers, Ltd. which developed about 1.5 million square feet of speculative office buildings in Houston. The partnership also had developments in Memphis and Chicago. 

Mark is a Board Member of Sage Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Northwest Arkansas and Little Rock. He's also a member of 50 for the Future, a Board Member of The Nature Conservancy and is the recent past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arkansas Children's Inc., the parent company of Arkansas Children's Hospital. 
Isaac Smith has 15 years' experience in commercial real estate that includes more than $300 million in acquisitions. He is a General Partner at Tempus Realty Partners and focuses on acquisitions. Also, Isaac is an Executive Vice President and Principal of Colliers | Arkansas where he specializes his brokerage work in retail tenant representation, site acquisition and investment properties.
Isaac earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.  He has also earned Certified Commercial Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) designations and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (CSC). He has worked extensively with USA Drug, Moe's Southwestern Grill, Hardee's, MAPCO, Mattress Firm and Advance Auto Parts in site selection, acquisition and transaction oversight.
Isaac joined Colliers in 2003 as a broker and became a Principal in 2009. He is active in Arkansas Young Professionals and the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.

Craig Vick is the CFO of Tempus Realty Partners and has been with Tempus since May of 2022. While Craig serves as the CFO of Tempus, he also serves as Principal and CFO for Colliers | Arkansas.

Before joining Colliers in 2013 and Tempus in 2022, Craig was the Controller for Stephen L. LaFrance Pharmacy ("USA" Drug), located in Little Rock, where he was responsible for all external and internal financial reporting and served on the company's acquisition team. He was also part of the audit and assurance practice at Deloitte and has worked in the internal audit department at First Security Bank in Searcy. 

Craig holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Harding University, holds a CPA license in Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 


Clay Ramey joined Tempus Realty Partners in June of 2018. As part of the Tempus team, Clay completes analysis on prospective acquisitions and dispositions, manages distributions, compiles investor statements, works with our financing partners and reviews property financials and valuations.


Prior to joining Tempus, Clay spent nearly five years at Bear State Bank where he served as Vice President of the Corporate Banking Team. Clay grew his loan portfolio from $45 million to $180 million over his tenure at Bear State. Clay spent four years at Windstream Communications as a Senior Financial Analyst before transitioning to Bear State Bank. 

Clay holds a B.A. in Finance Investments and Accounting from the University of Arkansas. In 2018, Clay completed his graduate degree from the Stonier School of Banking at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. 


As part of the Tempus team, Brad Runsick works to maximize asset values through overseeing property management and leasing activity. Brad works directly with Tempus’ local partners on a daily basis to oversee all capital improvements and ensure existing and prospective leases align with Tempus’ strategy for the asset.

Prior to joining Tempus, Brad spent nearly eight years at Colliers International. While at Colliers, Brad led the Asset Management division that coordinated property management services for two real estate investment funds totaling 5 Million SF and $480 Million in property values. 


Brad holds a Bachelor's of Business degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Arkansas.

Asset Manager

Cindy Green has more than 21 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry which includes 13 years as a Brokerage Coordinator with Sage Partners, prior to joining Tempus Realty Partners in August 2018. 

Cindy handles investor relations for Tempus and is responsible for communications with prospective and existing investors related to management of subscription and partnership documents, financial reporting, distributions and investor inquiries.


Cindy holds a B.S. in Journalism with an emphasis on Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Arkansas and was also a Registered Sales Assistant in the investment industry for over 10 years.

Olivia Heritage joined the Tempus team in April of 2022 and brings marketing, communication and a public relations background to Tempus Realty Partners. 

She handles all marketing duties that range from social media management, website updates, writing and editing of marketing materials, event planning, media relations and more. 

Olivia graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and holds a B.S. in Communication with a minor in Public Relations. She introduces marketing experience to Tempus from her previous marketing position at Colliers | Arkansas and time spent as a Content Producer at a leading Little Rock marketing agency.
