Managing Partner

Dan has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Dale Capital Partners, Inc. since its founding in 2012.  In his role with Dale Capital he has direct oversight of a broad portfolio of real estate and privately held companies.  Mr. Andrews also serves as Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee Member for Promus Realty Income, a private real estate fund focused on investments in secondary and tertiary markets across the Midwest and Southeast United States. 

 

Prior to joining Dale Capital Partners, he served as a Vice President at USA Drug, the fourth largest drug store chain in the United States.  While at USA Drug, Mr. Andrews was responsible for the company's finance and accounting functions.  In addition to his core finance and accounting role, Mr. Andrews led projects in loss prevention, marketing, and acquisitions.  Prior to his tenure at USA Drug, he was part of the Audit and Assurance practice at Deloitte & Touche from 2002 through 2006. 

 

Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Arkansas Society of CPA's.

Mr. Huchingson, a Co-Founder of CapRocq Core Real Estate Fund L.P., received a BS from Centenary College of Louisiana, thereafter obtaining his M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  He joined Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc. (now Colliers International) in 1993 and became a Principal in 1997.  Mr. Huchingson was elected President and CEO of the firm in 2002.
As President and CEO, Mr. Huchingson guided the firm through two mergers - first with IBR Real Estate, Inc. in 2003 and later with Lane Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2005.  In 2004, he led the firm in becoming affiliated with Colliers International.  As President and CEO, Mr. Huchingson is responsible for oversight of company management and client development and retention.  As a broker, he is active in industrial, office and investment brokerage and also handles consulting assignments for individual and corporate clients.

Mark Saviers has more than 37 years of experience in developing and leasing office buildings, business parks, data centers, warehouses, and corporate headquarter/campuses.  He began his real estate career in 1982, and spent the first ten years in the development, property management, construction, and disposition of commercial real estate (all industrial) with the Trammell Crow Company.  Experience with the company spanned four cities - Dallas, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Chicago.  In Chicago, Mark was the Division Partner in charge of all industrial properties and companies - which included an extensive property management company, a development company, and a construction company.
 
Currently, Mark is a Partner with Sage Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Northwest Arkansas and Little Rock.  Mark is a current member of 50 for the Future, a Life Member of The Nature Conservancy, and is the recent past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arkansas Children’s Inc., the parent company of Arkansas Children’s Hospital. 

He also serves on the Boards of Arkansas Children’s Northwest, and the Arkansas Biosciences Institute.

Partner - Acquisitions
Isaac Smith has 15 years' experience in commercial real estate that includes more than $300 million in acquisitions.  He is an Executive Vice President and Principal of Colliers International Arkansas where he specializes his brokerage work in retail tenant representation, site acquisition and investment properties.
 
Isaac earned a Bachelor of Science in BUsiness Administration from the University of Arkansas.  He has also earned Certified Commercial Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) designations and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (CSC).  He has worked extensively with USA Drug, Moe's Southewestern Grill, Hardee's, MAPCO, Mattress Firm and Advance Auto Parts in site selection, acquisition and transaction oversight.
 
Isaac joined Colliers International in 2003 as a broker and became a Principal in 2009.  He is active in Arkansas Young Professionals and the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.
Analyst

Clay joined Tempus Realty Partners in June 2018. As part of the Tempus team Clay completes analysis on prospective acquisitions, compiles investor statements, reviews property financials and provides lease analysis.

 

Prior to joining Tempus, Clay spent nearly five years at Bear State Bank. While at Bear State Clay served as Vice President of the Corporate Banking Team. Over his tenure at Bear State, Clay grew his loan portfolio from $45 million to $180 million by originating over $130 million in new loans. This included $90 million in commercial real estate loans on properties located across the South East. Prior to Bear State Clay spent 4 years at Windstream Communications as a Senior Financial Analyst. 

Clay holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance Investments and Accounting from the University of Arkansas. In 2018 Clay completed his graduate degree from the Stonier School of Banking at University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. 

Asset Manager

As part of the Tempus team Brad works to maximize asset values through overseeing property management and leasing activity. Brad works directly with Tempus’ local partners on a daily basis to oversee all capital improvements and ensure existing and prospective leases align with Tempus’ strategy for the asset

Prior to joining Tempus, Brad spent nearly eight years at Colliers International. While at Colliers Brad led the Asset Management division that coordinated property management services for two real estate investment funds totaling 5 Million SF  and $480 Million in property values. 

 

Brad holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Arkansas.

Office Manager

Cindy has more than 18 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry which includes 13 years as a Brokerage Coordinator with Sage Partners, prior to joining Tempus Realty Partners in August 2018. 

Cindy handles investor relations for Tempus and is responsible for communications with prospective and existing investors related to management of subscription and partnership documents, financial reporting, distributions, and investor inquiries.

 

Cindy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Arkansas, and was also a Registered Sales Assistant in the investment industry for over 10 years.
