Faith VonDran joined Tempus Realty Partners in May of 2024. As part of the Tempus team, Faith analyzes property and tenant financials, processes distributions, and maintains monthly and quarterly reporting procedures. She also provides valuation, compliance, audit, tax, and recordkeeping support to our team, with a focus on our REIT, Tempus Evergreen.

In addition, Faith supports the GROW Foundation, Inc., a charitable organization launched by Tempus in 2025. There, she serves in administrative, accounting, and data management roles.

Before joining Tempus, Faith graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ouachita Baptist University with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance. During her time there, she gained experience as an Equity Analyst on the Ary Student Investment Fund, volunteered as a tax preparer with the VITA tax program, and tutored business students through the college tutoring program. In 2025, she became a licensed CPA in Arkansas.

In her free time, Faith is an avid reader and an enthusiastic, though occasionally challenged, cook and baker.
