Liberty Crouse joined the Tempus team in June of 2025 as an Asset Manager. She works alongside Mark, Brad and Dylan on the Asset Management team to help oversee property operations, leasing and capital improvements, making sure each asset is performing as planned and aligned with Tempus’ goals.

Before stepping into her full-time role, Liberty was one of Tempus’ first interns during the summer of 2024, where she gained hands-on experience that helped her transition smoothly to the team after graduation.

Liberty graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Outside of the office, Liberty enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, trying new restaurants and relaxing at the lake with her fiancé, Devin, and their chocolate Labrador, Blue.
