With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and over $300 million in acquisitions, Isaac Smith brings a wealth of expertise to his role as general partner at Tempus Realty Partners, where he focuses on acquisitions. Additionally, Isaac serves as Executive Vice President and Principal at Colliers | Arkansas, specializing in retail tenant representation, site acquisition, and investment properties in his brokerage work.

Isaac earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He has also earned Certified Commercial Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) designations and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (CSC). He has worked extensively with USA Drug, Moe’s Southwestern Grill, Hardee’s, MAPCO, Mattress Firm and Advance Auto Parts in site selection, acquisition and transaction oversight.

Isaac began his career at Colliers in 2003 as a broker and advanced to Principal by 2009. He remains actively involved in the Arkansas Young Professionals and the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially at the lake and in the kitchen, where he loves to cook.
