LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (July 30, 2025) — Tempus Realty Partners, an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership, announced Wednesday the acquisition of an industrial portfolio totaling $40.3 million. The portfolio includes three sale-leaseback properties and one investment sale property, collectively spanning 574,548 square feet across 73 acres.
The acquisitions are located in Columbus, Indiana; Hilliard, Ohio; Philipsburg, Pennsylvania; and Huntsville, Alabama. The tenants include Duravent Group, a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced venting, filtration and air control systems; Kassel Mechanical, a specialty contractor focused on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, millwright and rigging services; and Powder Metal Goldschmidt, a global leader in precision-engineered components for the automotive and industrial sectors.
