LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (September 22, 2026) — Tempus Realty Partners, an Arkansas-based real estate investment firm, today announced the $66 million acquisition of Excelsior Crossings, a two-building, 546,548-square-foot Class A office campus at 9350 and 9380 Excelsior Blvd. in Hopkins, Minnesota. The campus is 98% leased and sits in the I-394 corridor, widely regarded as the strongest-performing office submarket in the Twin Cities.
U.S. Bank fully occupies one building, accounting for 54% of the portfolio’s square footage. U.S. Bancorp, the bank’s parent, is the fifth-largest commercial bank in the country and carries an A/Stable credit rating from S&P. The second building houses four additional tenants, each using its space as a global or regional headquarters: Element Fleet Management Corporation, Digi International Inc., Michael Foods Inc. and Sovos Compliance LLC.
The two seven-story buildings are LEED Gold certified and sit on more than 20 acres around a central lake, with covered parking, heated sidewalks, and more than $1.4 million in recent capital upgrades.
